Our mission is to represent the SFFFL and the State of Florida with pride, camaraderie, and class in competitive flag football, while demonstrating the strength, talent, athleticism and spirit of Florida's LGBTQIA community and allies.
South Florida Cat-5
South Florida Cat-5 is the women's travel flag football sub-organization of the SFFFL, competing at various National Gay Flag Football League (NGFFL) tournaments including Gay Bowl, Pride Bowl and our own Sunshine Cup.

South Florida Sharks is the travel flag football sub-organization of the SFFFL. Sharks competes in the A, B, and C "Open" Divisions at various National Gay Flag Football League (NGFFL) tournaments including Gay Bowl, Pride Bowl and our own Sunshine Cup.
